SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD

The Service Excellence Award program is a global initiative recognizing individuals for exemplary performance in serving the company’s customers. Originally overseen by a single individual, the program has expanded, necessitating the training of volunteers assuming administrative roles. The overarching objective was to streamline training processes, optimize cost-efficiency, and enhance overall performance. Given the volunteer composition of the administrative team, it was essential to devise training modules that conveyed duties succinctly and comprehensibly. Leveraging the acronym "SEA" and adopting a narrative approach centered around a fictional boating event proved to be an appropriate solution, effectively introducing volunteers to their roles and the end-to-end procedural facets of the program.

Outcome: The initiative resulted in volunteers gaining a clearer understanding of administrative duties, leading to a significant reduction in turnover rates.

The Service Excellence Award program consisted of three training courses:

VIDEOS

There were 8 videos and 5 interactive scenarios in total created for the courses. For the development, scenario scripts were created, followed by storyboards to visualize the narrative flow. All the videos were animated as agreed to by the client as the best solution to meet the target dates for the course launch. Here are a few screenshots from the animated videos:
